2 Photos Just Published!

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to announce I had a couple of photos published recently. The first came to me a couple weeks back in the mail – my Blazing Sunset photo was published in the 2013 Lake Superior Magazine Annual Calendar! Super cool and really exciting. I’ll let you know when the calendar is available for purchase from their website later this year.

The second photo just arrived today in the mail. It was published in the July Issue of my one of my favorite magazines, Outdoor Photographer, on page 52! It was the star trails photo you see below (click photo for more info)
It is from my first Death Valley trip this year and taken with the new lens my wonderful wife purchased for me as a Christmas gift. The main photo was captured at twilight and then I left the camera in position for some star trails. It was breezy and cold that evening but I’m glad I stuck around and captured it!
